Now think that if your body has got low water content, then your body temperature will rise rapidly and thus trigger the sweat response which then offers you the familiar and bad sweat sensation.

Try to carry out more and more workout – Basically this is a step which no one likes to add in his or her routine. But a body which is more in shape has got lot of time to keep itself cool because of the good blood circulation. One should spend some time in doing cardio workout in order to sweat less.
